YOGA

Mindful Flow Yoga - Tuesdays 6 pm Thursdays 7:15 (6:30 beginning in January '18)
Yoga that challenges strength, balance and breath while keeping the mind focused, aware and present.  It is not a beginner class due to it's flow from one posture to the next.

Ease
Mondays 4:45 pm
Tuesday 9:30 am
Thursday 6:00 pm (5:15 pm beginning in January)

This is a gentle yoga, great for beginners and seasoned yogis.   A fantastic compliment for those who need to relieve tension in their body from inactivity or strenuous activity.  Ease is therapeutic and gentle for anyone who may live with scoliosis, MS, fibromyalgia, lupus or other physical challenges.

MidDay Hatha
Thursdays 12:15-1:00

Break up your day with a gently stimulating Hatha yoga class. Rooted in mindful awareness, you'll prep your body to handle the rest of your day: centered, grounded, but stimulated and strong! Great class for all levels.

Evolve
Saturdays 8:30 am

Evolve challenges strength, balance, and stamina while working the core.  This is still a therapeutic approach to yoga, gently enhancing the bodies natural healing process while strengthening muscles with more challenging postures.

Zen Yoga
Wednesdays 7:15 pm

Zen Yoga is a great mid-week release by blending gentle yoga poses with breathing, mindful intention, and restorative postures. This will be the anchor to your week. The balance that will leave you centered, calm and ready for the rest of the week.

TAI CHI

Taiji, or Tai Chi,  is a series of slow meditative movements that improve a person's ability to relax, be fully present and enhance balance and health. It is an internal martial art that really relies on sensing, being fully present and aware and responding to situations rather than reacting. We do not practice fighting and takedowns in our classes, but we do study the movements from the martial art perspective and learn self defense techniques in safe ways.

Taiji and Tai Chi are the same. Just different spellings under different translation systems.

Taiji - Beginner (also known as Taiji For Balance)
Mondays 9:30 am & 7:15 pm

This healing form is taught specifically to help build balance, proprioception, and core strength.  It is for people who are really struggling with balance in all aspects of life - or who want a taiji form that is very gentle, healing and stress reducing.

The movements are done seated and standing to realign neural pathways between brain and body. The gentleness of the form reduces fight/flight reactions in the body and drops stress levels for those who either experience high stress in other parts of their lives, or who have a fear of falling.

Original Guang Ping Yang Taijiquan - Intermediate/Advanced
Wednesday evening at 6 pm

NIA
Mondays 6:00 pm

Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Classes are taken barefoot to soul-stirring music in more than 45 countries. Trainings are designed for those seeking personal enrichment and professional development.
